Keiji Kinebuchi (Japanese: 杵淵敬二; born February 14, 1956, died circa 2002) was a 3D illustrator who contributed artwork to the Pokémon Trading Card Game, including the 1st Edition Jungle Poké Ball 64/64. His work was produced using LightWave 3D and, due to the technical limitations of the period, many of the illustrations relied on simple forms, basic textures, and foundational lighting techniques. He is recognized for illustrating the majority of early Trainer cards and continued to focus primarily on Trainer artwork as the game expanded. He also invited Mitsuhiro Arita to join the project.
